Pages describing Progress Visualization Packs, Cost Variance Reviews, Contractor Reporting Desks, and Owner Briefing Sessions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope, fees, and timeline in writing.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and branding belong to Valley Project Signals Co., Ltd. Deliverables prepared for a client become available for that client’s internal project use under the engagement letter. Republishing packs for marketing or resale requires prior written consent.

Accuracy of site content

We aim to keep rates, process descriptions, and contact details current. Occasional discrepancies may occur; the written engagement letter prevails over website copy.

Limitation of liability

Reporting packs summarise information supplied by clients, contractors, and site contacts. We are not liable for decisions made solely on incomplete source data, nor for construction defects, programme delays, or cost overruns outside the scope of our documentary work. Liability under an engagement, where permitted by law, is limited to fees paid for the specific cycle giving rise to the claim.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse contact forms, attempt unauthorized access to site infrastructure, scrape content for competing commercial databases, or misrepresent affiliation with Valley Project Signals.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes arising from website use or engagements shall be subject to the competent courts of Vietnam, with Long An as the preferred venue where applicable.
