Information we collect

Contact forms may collect your name, email address, selected engagement, project location, and message content. During contracted work we may process site contact names, contractor liaison details, and documents you provide for progress or cost reporting.

Purpose

We use this information to respond to inquiries, deliver agreed packs and reviews, invoice engagements, and improve how we communicate about our reporting work. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Inquiry messages are retained up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for an active or recently closed engagement. Engagement records are kept for the duration of the project relationship and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting and dispute needs under Vietnamese law.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Vietnamese law, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, ask for correction of inaccuracies, or request deletion where no legal retention duty applies. Send requests to hello@workspace-valley.click. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

International transfers

Our primary operations and storage are in Vietnam. If a client asks us to share packs with stakeholders abroad, personal data in those materials may travel with the documents under the client’s instruction. Website hosting or email infrastructure may process limited technical data outside Vietnam; we select providers with appropriate safeguards where feasible.
