Refund and cancellation policy

Eligibility overview

Fees relate to professional reporting work. Refunds depend on how far preparation or delivery has progressed, whether a deposit was paid, and whether materials or travel costs were already incurred for your site.

Timeframe to request

Refund or credit requests should be emailed to hello@workspace-valley.click within fourteen days of the charge or of the event giving rise to the request (for example, a cancelled session).

Full refunds

A full refund of prepaid fees may apply if we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control before substantive work begins, or if an Owner Briefing Session is cancelled by us without offering a reasonable reschedule window.

Partial refunds

If you cancel a Cost Variance Review after document intake has started but before the written review is issued, we may refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent reconciling ledgers. Recurring Progress Visualization Packs cancelled mid-cycle are billed for work completed through the cancellation date; unused future months in a prepaid block may be refunded pro rata.

Non-refundable items

• Deposits once a kickoff site walk or equivalent intake has occurred
• Third-party printing or courier costs already purchased at your request
• Completed packs, reviews, digests, or briefing materials already delivered
• No-shows for confirmed Owner Briefing Sessions without at least forty-eight hours’ notice

Work already started

When photo annotation, ledger reconciliation, or draft narrative has begun, fees for that effort remain payable even if you pause the project. We can often freeze a recurring pack when a site is mothballed, rather than force a refund dispute.

Purchased materials

Specialty print runs or couriered hard copies ordered for your distribution list are non-refundable once production has started.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Owner Briefing Sessions may be rescheduled once without fee if you give at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Contractor Reporting Desks require fourteen days’ written notice to stop the monthly retainer. Progress packs pause by mutual written agreement at cycle boundaries when possible.

Deposits

Typical deposits equal thirty percent of the first recurring cycle and secure scheduling. Deposits convert to fees when kickoff begins and are otherwise treated under the non-refundable and partial-refund rules above.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days after approval. Bank processing times may add several days depending on your institution.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under Vietnamese consumer and commercial law remain unaffected where they apply. Engagement letters may state additional terms for large multi-site programmes; those written terms control if they conflict with this page.
